WISE INSIDE: PERSONAL GROWTH GROUP

Who you are is inherently whole. You are inherently good. The core aspect of you is grounded and centered. You are Wise Inside. The Wise Self is akin to Awareness in Buddhism, Self-as-Context in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Self-Leadership in Internal Family Systems Therapy. This inner resource is in everyone and cannot be damaged. This Fall 2023 group will help you connect with your inner wisdom and live from it more reliably. When connected to your best self, you are able to think and act in ways that support your long-term thriving rather than short term relief or spiraling. Through experiential exercises, break-out room conversations and group debriefing, these 8 sessions will help you to consciously live in an empowered and self-compassionate way. This series is designed for people who are well versed in their own personal work and in supporting the process of others. If you join this workshop you will receive...

  1. Exercises, teachings, practices, and journaling prompts that you can use to connect with your Wise Self throughout your days
  2. Social support, connection and co-regulation with other like-minded people
  3. Dedicated time, consistent structure and accountability to prioritize your best self

Together we’ll create a container of connection, vulnerability, strength, and fun where you can level-up your ability to live from your true self.
