Operating from Big SELF vs. small egoic self

Relating to the current moment through thinking, isn't always the best way. Often that perspective is too small. There is a lot more innate wisdom to access and operate from here. When you unhook from thought and reside more in this moment through beingness, awareness and openness you are in your wisdom. Less psychological suffering. Less identification with your egoic self. More heart. There is a non-cognitive intelligence here that we can operate from. It kind of feels like balancing on the current moment through the senses and beingness. When in flow when self-consciousness is no where to be found. In these times we often feel the most like ourselves. It is connected, curious, compassionate, and calm. It is clear, conscious, confident, courageous, and creative. Accessing and operating from "Big SELF" vs. a small egoic thinking self is a game changer in life.
