Attunement Lab: Healing from chronic emotional mis-attunement

T          Tune into higher self (connect to your non-egoic core self/awareness)

The part of us that does mindfulness practice is awareness. We don't have to be a victim to whatever random thoughts or emotions pop into our minds or hearts. We can prioritize residing as awareness and have much more conscious choice in our lives. There is some kind of awareness here that is always on that is noticing this moment. It is not your thinking self. It is more like an observing self. It can be helpful to know how to relax back into your core self that notcies thoughts, emotions, experience, and personality. This deeper core aspect of you is self-healing. Thinking is great, but we all over index on it. This is a much fuller beingness here to connect into and resource ourselves from. It is from this space that we can choose which thoughts and reactions to go with. And which ones to let go. Here are two pages that help you tune into this higher self.

The resources on the page Higher Self vs. Thinking Self help you connect with the larger sense of being that is here right now.

On this page Glimpses of Natural Awareness there are tools to help you shift out of the egoic mind and upgrade to a broader operating system with short practices. The help you shift from unconsciously reacting to your life, to conscious choosing how you want to respond.
