The PARTS LAB: WORKING WITH THERAPIST PARTS
7 Week Group: January and February 2025
Join us for The Parts Lab: Supporting Your Therapist Parts—an intimate workshop crafted specifically for therapists, coaches, and psychiatrists. We will come together in a safe and supportive environment to deepen the connection with your calm, curious, and open-hearted self—the wise inner guide you bring to your therapy sessions.
Why Attend?
This 7 week group is a nurturing community of like-minded professionals, providing practical tools to help you navigate your inner landscape and embody your best self before, during, and after sessions. By participating, you’ll leave feeling more centered, empowered, and connected, which will enhance both your client work and your personal fulfillment in your practice.
We will:
Explore Therapist Parts: In therapy sessions, some parts of us can facilitate the therapeutic process, while others may inadvertently hinder it. You might encounter parts like the explainer, the imposter, or the frustrated part. By identifying these parts, developing skills to unblend from them, and attending to their underlying hurts, you can engage with your clients from your essential, wise self.
Connect with Peers: Enjoy a safe, playful, and supportive learning environment where you can experience connection with like-minded colleagues.
Engage in Experiential Learning: Our group meetings will be highly experiential, featuring practice groups, journaling prompts, experiential exercises, and debriefing sessions.
Cost: $280 ($40 per group)
Who Should Join? This group is open to all levels, whether you’re new to parts work or have years of experience.
Dates and Time: 9 AM to 10:30 AM PT on Thursdays (1/9/25, 1/16/25, 1/23/25, 1/30/25, 2/6/25, 2/13/24, 2/20/25)

—Lori, Leadership Coach
"I didn't realize I had so many parts with agendas that were both helping and hindering therapy. Now I'm better able to prioritize my presence over my explainer part."
