Inner resourcing through the Holidays...

The Holidays are upon us and it's easy to get triggered by family, or to disconnect from your best self. These practices are designed to help you inhabit your higher self so you can enjoy your holidays more.

Savoring: Linger in your pleasureable experiences for a little longer. Let the music vibrate each of your cells; let the sound of laughter get absorbed in your gut; relish in tastes until you are fully tantilized and delighted. Draw your moments out.   |  [Audio Exercise]

Setting a Boundary Around You: In this practice imagine a clear impermeable boundary all around you. You can see out through it and engage with everyone, but all the passive aggressive comments don't make it in.   |  [Audio Exercise]

Your Emotional Needs: Take moments throughout your event to notice what you need. Maybe it's empathy, connection, space, or less pressure. These are all valid, and you can meet some of these within your own self.   |  [Audio Exercise]

Inhabiting Your Goodness: In the moments a judgey comment is flung your way, sometimes you can forget how amazing you are. This practice helps you stay in touch with your own goodness. There will never be another one of you. You are a gift.  |  [Audio Exercise]

Cultivating Inner Harmony: We have lots of different parts of us, and this practice helps us bring more perspective and balance to our inner life. Connect with your self-essence and hold all of your personaltiy patterns and reactions with more clarity and care.  |  [Audio Exercise]

Slowing Down: If you slow down, you might just have more access to your clear thinking and intution. Enjoyment and delight can flow through. Maybe there is some peace and equanimity way underneath there too. Do this practice to shift out of your thinking mind and into being.  |  [Audio Exercise]
