Most people visiting this site are high achieving. You are used to taking life by leaps and bounds in some areas. You have succeeded at many things. You are good at taking big steps. Yet for the areas we are stuck in, or relationship difficulties, or needed behavioral change, often what we need to identify and prioritize baby steps. We need to learn how to "slice it thinner" and count a micro-step as progress. Progress, not perfection in our harder areas of life.
